RAISE FUNDS FOR JYN ISAIAH - HYDROCEPHALUS Good Day Everyone! I am Irisha Paula S. Bitoca, mother of Jyn Isaiah S. Bitoca.
When I was 19 weeks pregnant, I just wanted to know the gender of my baby, but my OB told me that she saw something on the skull of my baby. The shape was not normal. She told me that my baby has an Encephalocoele with Arnold Chiari Malformation. It really hurts since this is my first pregnancy.
I continue my pregnancy, hoping that all the ultrasound was wrong. I delivered my baby February 10, 2018 via Ceasaran Section. I was discharged at the hospital Feb 14 but I can’t take home my baby because she’s still on the NICU. I discharged her the following day, because we could not get any updates on what to do with my baby. We went to 4 different hospitals but we are rejected. Finally, a private hospital accommodate us. We know that it”ll be expensive but this our fight. This is my baby’s fight.
She had her Cranial MRI, and found out that the contents of the cele is mostly water and a part of her brain. The doctors also said that she also have Hydrocephalus. Yesterday, at 9 days old she had her first operation. To remove the cele. The cele is located at her nape. It was successful but since she also has a Hydrocephalus, when she reach at least 3kilos she will have to undergo another operation , to put a VP Shunt to drain the water on her brain.
Til now, we do not know where to get funds to pay for her first operation, and we were advise to prepare again for another operation of my baby.
As a first time mom, it really hurts seeing my baby suffering. I will do anything for my baby. Now, I am knocking on your hearts to help me raise funds for my baby. I know she’s a fighter. She’s very strong, she wants to be with us. Please help my baby to live longer.

Hold on to God's promises. God said in Joshua 1:9 to be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid. Do not be discouraged. For the Lord is with you. God also said the same thing is 2 Chronicles 20:15. This battle is not yours but God. Don't lose hope. Let God be your anchor. He is a sovereign God who can and will provide. He loves you and baby Isaiah. I may not know you but hope this helps. I will pray for you both. And continue to read God's Word for more of His promises. And most importantly, declare and claim it. He will surely hear you :)
