- Hello everyone, My daughter Juliana Therese L. Manicdo, 8 yrs old was diagnosed with congenital heart disease (Atrial Septal Defect-Secundum) which means there is a whole in her heart. She was advised for surgical closure. The estimated cost needed for her surgery is 750,000 pesos and honestly our family cannot afford the said amount that's why I am here to ask some financial assistance for my daugther. Hoping that somebody with a good heart will grant our request. We will very much grateful for any amount can you give. Thank you and God bless us all.
