Publishing my recipe book

Hello I am Angel Davanagelis from Athens, Greece. I am 21 years old and I am a chef. After a difficult heart surgery I had, from a virus that we will not find, I spent 6 months (194 days) in the hospital and I came out victorious. A lot of my friends telling "Angel tell us some easy, fast and healthy recipes, with a few ingredients and one pot". Because I have a walking difficulty I can't go to work until I fully recover from my health problem. So I decided to write a recipe book for students and people who don't have much time and who want to cook something tasty quick & easy. I've sent some e-mails to soe publishing houses but I still haven't recieved a response. All I want is to find the money I need to publish me recipe book. Thank you for your time.
