Proton Therapy in Germany for a cavernous meningioma.

My wife has a left cavernous sinus meningioma at the confluence of the trigeminal nerve and 3 other nerves which was discovered during a medical examination on April 2018. Following the first medical check specialists considered that it is of benign nature. After the third check made on 12th March 2019 however, they discovered that it is of malign nature. She had leukemia some 14 years ago from which she has recovered and a brain tumor in 2014. This time we do not have enough money to finance the Proton Therapy she will have to go through at a clinic in Germany for 50000€ , as our country does not have the machine required for the procedure. I am requesting your help. Her situation is worsening slowly and we won't be able to keep her in a stable state for long.
