Propose and marry my best friend

I want to propose to my best girl friend. I am a 30 year old male who are divorced. I raised my 3 year old daugter by myself since she was a baby. I work on a mine and are 14 hours of the day not at home. My little daugter went to a school full day and she has a nanny lloking after her. Not long ago my best friend in school (that was 12 years back) also divorced. She has 2 daughters. We start to talk for the firts time in 12 years and we realized that some things have never changed.  I would love to propose to her and get married but financial I am not in the position. If anybody can help please.
