proper suit for brother’s wedding

My actual best friend is my big brother who is 28 (I’m 20) am a student in collage .. tried to save some money after he (brother) announced the date of his wedding .

i really did my best to spend time between work and studying, which didn't work exactly like my plans cause of our country traditions that family members should participatory so, i had to buy him a gift (smart TV) that costed me 80% of my savings and i don't regret it .

p.s : the tux in the pic is 3 years old plus i attended lots of events with it, i can't go to brother's wedding wearing it .. i think it might look like jim carrey's tux in Dumb and Dumber :)

Idk where to get a good suit, at a decent price. And I want it to look snazzy, but comfortable at the same time . In other words, snug is good. A well-fitted suit will give you that put-together image specially it's my brother's wedding .
