Campaign Story
I want to plant 50 longan trees to build homes for poor and orphaned children.
I have a project to manage a productive longan garden that benefits as an orphan's home.
Hopefully managing this garden can create independence for orphans. My hope is that we realize together a productive longan garden with a capacity of 50 Trees.
Longan fruiting after:
A. 3 years produce Max 75 kg / tree.
B. Results 4 years max 150 kg / tree.
B. 5 years Maximum yield 250 kg / tree, growing and many more.
So it only takes 3 years to enjoy the results of the garden longan.
plan: to plant 50 longan trees requires a land area of approximately 1500 square meters. Potential Gains Harvest $ 3000 / 100 square meters / Year. Let's make it real, we need 20,000 People with $ 2.5 to make this garden.

Types - Types of Pests
In general, litchi plants are very resistant to attacks of various pests and diseases. There are only a few pests that often interfere with litchi plants, among others:
a. Ribs
b. Stem Borer (Zeuzera coffeae Neitner)
c. Sucker Fruit (Tessaratoma javanica)
d. Bat
Attack Symptoms
a. Ribs
This pest attacks the stem part, especially the main stem, namely by making a hole and enter into it. If the amount is very much, the litchi trees are attacked there is a hole that is very much so that it shows a change in the color of the leaves that become yellow and eventually fall out, the branches become dry and cause death.
b. Stem Borer (Zeuzera coffeae Neitner)

Pest Control
Pest eradication can be done by spraying insecticide on the stem that has been attacked by the pest. But it would be better if done early prevention before the attack that is by spraying insecticides against healthy longan stalks, especially stems. This eradication will also apply to stem borer (Zeuzera coffeae Neitner) because both of these pests attack the stem.
