I am Gabriel Paolo Paran and I'm asking for your financial assistance regarding my girl-friend, Dianne-Liz A. Sabang who is in need of an open heart surgery.

And this is her story...

I'm Dianne-Liz. My friends know me as the person who constantly goes to the hospital. While my family knows me as the miracle. The one who lived. I was about to die at a young age but a miracle happened. I lived until this day. Then again, I'm about to die soon.

I was born healthy. However at the age of 6, I was diagnosed to have a defective heart called Tetrallogy of Fallot. There are 4 defects in my heart. Later in my life, another one was detected called Patent Ductus arteriosus. Currently, I have 5 defects all in all. Now, my doctor told me it's high time to have the open heart surgery for me to live longer since I have reached a certain age, (i'm already in my 30's) where my heart would eventually stop beating.

I am now enrolled to a charity here in the Philippines and is waiting for my pre- operation test. However I still have to produce the sum needed for other necessities like the surgery itself. Asking for money is never my forte. I have never experienced or tried it my whole life especially to strangers. This is such a humbling moment for me.

To the people here in the community, thank you for your time reading my girlfriends' story.

I would be happy if you could use the [Help by sharing] button to share about my project!
