Dear Family & Friends,
I hope this message finds you well :)
I'm sending you this message in the hope that you will support my fund raising campaign for my son JON KEVIN.
My Kevin is born with HIRSCHSPRUNG disease, It's a condition that affect his large intestine (Colon) and causes problem with passing tool. This happens when there's a lack or missing nerve cell called GANGLION.
Hirschsprung's disease is a very rare and very serious condition but thank GOD, this can be treated with surgery to bypass the part of the colon that's lacking nerve cells.
Our campaign goal is to raise fund that will support his upcoming surgeries and other expenses after his operations.
Any amount will definitely help me accomplish my goal.
