Prince Harvey Premature Baby

Greetings!

Hi! I'm Rochelle Saculles from Philippines, I delivered a baby boy last April 15,2017 but unfortunately he were born too early (26 weeks to be exact) in field of medicine, the doctors would consider as very premature baby who is at present, in an ever present struggle to survive.

On April 9 my water broke. This made the situation critical as I might deliver the baby too soon. The doctors tried to prolong the labor but they were only able to delay it by a couple of days. On the 15th of April 2017 my baby was born via CSD. Prince Harvey had a weight of 800 grams he is to small for his age as are considered extremely low birth weight.

Although he survived childbirth, as premature baby he is mercy of a wide array of complications. A majority of his organs, such as the heart, lungs,and the brain are to frail and small to survive and develop properly without the proper facilities and equipment. While it is certainly possible having a 6 month baby in the Philippines is extremely difficult and expensive since the few hospital that do cater to premature babies are private hospitals is that often have exorbitant fees due to the fact that they utilize state of the art equipment not found in the country.

Prince Harvey are currently admitted in the NICU, with nurses aiding him in the struggle to survive 24/7. However since a lot goes into ensuring that he receive the best medical attention to increase his chances of survival, the hospital bill increases rapidly on a daily basis; with the hospital charging as approximately $250 each day. As of this writing, our running bills amounts to $10,500 of a month and 5 days of treatment and will continue to increase since my baby will staying 2-3 months, depending on the situation. Our goal at present is to hopefully raise around $50,000 for the hospital bill and his treatment. We pray for the health of my baby and hope that his situation develops for the best.
