Smith Dale Fernandez is my colleague and friend and have known him for almost 5 years now. He's a quiet person and gives his all to support his family. Right now, medical problems piled up that it's overwhelming their resources and causing distress, anxiety and worry to their family because they do not have the means to pay for these. His father was hospitalized with P200k outstanding bill and needing therapy because of Saccular Aneurysm Right Popliteal Artery.
