Please, I need your help!

Hello friends! Thanks for reading this. My name is Artem. At the moment I am the only employee in the family since my wife is pregnant (I will have a son and I am happy). And recently I was able to save a little money and get a car. But unfortunately for the new year on February 20 I had an accident because of the weather conditions and now I need repairs for which I simply lack the funds because there are a lot of other financial obligations in the form of a large loan for an apartment, I also need everything necessary for the birth of a child .
