Hope for Healing: Supporting My Wife's Journey to Recovery

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind-hearted Strangers,

I reach out to you today with a heavy heart, filled with hope and determination, as I embark on a mission to save the love of my life, my rock, and the mother of our beautiful 8-month-old daughter from the clutches of a devastating battle with C-PTSD, Severe Postpartum Depression and alcoholism which lead to life threatening self destructive behaviors. My wife has always been a good, sweet, and caring person, but her traumatic upbringing and life's challenges have led her to a very dark place, and now, we have reached the very rock bottom. We really need your support, your compassion, and your generosity to help her heal.

Our journey began with the arrival of our precious daughter, a moment that was supposed to be filled with joy and love. Instead, it became a turning point that exposed the depths of her struggles. But we refuse to lose hope. We believe in her strength, her resilience, and her capacity to be the wonderful person she truly is.

For our family to heal and thrive, my wife desperately needs to undergo an intensive mental health and trauma rehabilitation program in the nearest country , Thailand. She will be under supervision and kept safe by professionals care to stabilize her. The cost of such a program is daunting, and we find ourselves in a position where we are unable to bear this burden alone through our existing financial struggles. We turn to you, our community, to seek for support and assistance. Together, we hope to find à way to give her the chance to heal her life and mind to be the loving, present mother and partner we know she is.

She has a Chinese passport but has no life nor supporting family in China that can help. She doesn’t speak Chinese nor have any connections there other than the passport. She was raised in Vietnam but abandoned by her parents at 13, they both left the country leaving her stuck and struggling to survive through addictions and trauma. We have already contacted the embassy for assistance, but they cannot help. She does not have a home country to go to seek treatment as it’s not possible for her to get a visa to vietnam anymore, nor are there proper resources there for mental health rehabilitation. There have been several suicide attempts which the hospitals in cambodia are not capable of treating. The many psychologists we’ve spoken to have pointed us to go to Thailand, where she can seek intensive care she desperately needs.

Recovery is a difficult path, but it's one that she is willing and so desperate to take. Your generous contributions will make it possible for my wife to receive the professional help and guidance she needs to break free from the chains of her conditions. Your donations will directly fund her stay in a mental health rehabilitation center, where she will receive the specialized care and intensive therapy required for her healing journey. Every dollar you donate brings us one step closer to our goal and to giving our family the chance it desperately needs.

We understand that these times are challenging for everyone, and every donation, no matter how big or small, is greatly appreciated. Your support is not just a financial contribution; it is a symbol of hope, love, and solidarity.

Please join us in our mission to save our family. Let's rally together, showing that compassion and community can overcome even the darkest of times. Your help will make a world of difference in our lives, and we will forever be grateful for your kindness.

Thank you for being our ray of hope in the midst of our darkest hours. Together, we can make this story one of resilience, recovery, and redemption.

With most heartfelt gratitude,

Ednalson
