Please help this little boy

His eye is defined as a cherry eye, due to the proliferation of the third eyelid. Cherry eye is not a serious disease but is uncomfortable with dry eyes, swelling, itching, inflammation and pain. He often scratches his eyes with his hands or tries to rub his eyes on the floor and other household objects in hopes of making it more comfortable. It is this behavior that aggravates the eye condition, causing minor abrasions and corneal ulcers. And because we chose to remove that part of the dream eye, it helps to prevent corneal dryness, and does not reduce my vision in the future.

Its inguinal varnish was also treated by a doctor at the same time as sterilization.

But the problem is the cost are really high and since covid 19, i dont have much money left. Please help.
