Please Help Skye Treat her Brain Tumor

Good day to everyone— this campaign is for my sister, Skye.

As some of you may know, Skye has been experiencing sudden and intense vision loss. It began in March 2023 when she was 13 years old. At first, she found it difficult to see faces from a distance, then she struggled in reading sized up letters, then in differentiating light from dark, and so on.

She is 14 now and has been tested by many specialists in different hospitals. Her vision is nearly completely lost but her hope is ever present. She has been very brave and undergone x-rays, MRIs, blood tests, lumbar puncture, and even a craniotomy biopsy. Until now, the doctors have no official diagnosis, only that she has a brain tumor and that the treatment will likely be either continuous chemotherapy, radiation, or both.

Our funds and savings have so far went to the tests, hospital admissions, and consultations. This is why we are humbly asking for your generosity to help us fund her treatment and any subsequent test that needs to be administered.

Skye is born with mild Oculocutaneous Albinism, this caused her to have very low vision at a very young age. This was not a major issue as she can live normally with certain precautions (like staying away from the sun and wearing high prescription eyeglasses), she even went to mainstream schooling and was an achiever. We love her so much, and it is our hope for her to return to this life once again.
