#Please help save my Papa’s life.

Good day!

My Papa is currently confined in Bernardino General Hospital here in Caloocan City.

His doctor said that he has a lot complications and in need of different medications.

Currently his doctor diagnosis are:

Diabetes always higher that 300+++ needed insulin intake 2 to 3 times a day to be able to maintain his blood sugar.

He has Swollen Heart (Namamaga) this is due to one of his arteries is clogged (Barado) so he has difficulty of breathing because his heart is not functioning well.

His lungs has water based on his xray's and according to doctor's diagnosis. He has COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease).

His Feet had wounds with infections (Namamaga and nana). And his doctor advised us that anytime they will need to cut his infected foot/foot finger as the blood is no longer functioning on it. They need to cut it in order to save his life more. He needed 2 surgery in order to ensure that the infection will not infect other internal organs and his bones.

I am the eldest among his children and a bread winner as well. My salary are just enough to help us on our daily living. I am also a shy person but I needed to ask for help to save my Papa.

I would like to ask for your generosity any amount will do to support my dad's medications and finances.

Kindly include him in all your prayers. We still believe in miracle! and we are very positive that he will survive.
