Please help save my life.

My name is Shiela Pillone, 39 yrs old, a Filipina, was diagnosed with breast cancer stage 3 last year September 2016. I am married with two kids, 12 and 8 yrs old. I have undergone chemo therapy and radiation last year, however, it was found last month that the cancer has already metastasized to my lungs.
