Please help our single mother friend with her medical bills

Our friend, Denise, has recently had her fifth surgery in the past several months. The first to remove a tumor from her intestine, and the following to address complications from the first surgery. Denise has National Health Insurance but because of the number and complexity of the operations she is struggling to cover the amount the patient has to pay. Currently, that figure is over NT$100,000. She is a single foreign mother here and has had to endure these health crises while working full time and fighting a vicious custody battle for her daughter.
