Please help my partner!

My bf's words:

"Hi. This is my first time posting here and honestly I'm quite desperate. My computer has (quite literally, no exaggerations) exploded today. I'm poor and can't afford a new one, let alone the repairs for the shabby old man of a CPU i have.

I am a freelance artist and that's the only thing keeping me afloat as i have no family or government assistance and without my computer I CANNOT do any work whatsoever.

I'm disabled and normal jobs are beyond impossible for me to do.

My goal right now is around $1000 dollars to afford a good computer and a cheap graphics card so i can easily use my graphic program as they require a lot of RAM and stuff idk. Literally anything, anything at all helps. In my country electronics are at least 3 times more expensive than in the US... Just in case you wonder why so high.
