Please help my dog with Vet bills

Hello. Today I am asking and hoping for your help to pay vet bills for my dog (Yorkshire terrier).Her name is Pety and she is 14 years old. She had a tumor on her bladder. Yesterday (March 2nd 2020), she underwent surgery where her vet removed her uterus and part of her bladder. I already paid almost half of vet bill, but I do not have enough money to pay the whole bill. I spend all my savings, I can not save that amount in such short period of time For those who have pets, you all know that animal hospitals are extremely expensive. That is why I ask you to please help cover her medical bills that are left over.
