Please help my brother have his kidney transplant

My brother, Henson, is 48 years old who was diagnosed as stage 5 kidney failure and is undergoing dialysis 2-3 times a week. He's getting weaker as times goes by and needs a kidney transplant as soon as possible. Please help us by donating any amount for my brother.

He is a kind son and a loving brother with a passion to help other people in need. He wants to establish a foundation someday to help others who are similarly afflicted.

When he was 6 years old, he was diagnosed with a kidney infection. Through careful health management, he was able to sustained but now the kidneys already gave up and failed. He became weaker and weaker and has a hard time living his everyday life.

Our mother is already 73 years old who suffered a mild stroke and has diabetes. She is still recovering and needs assistance. My family is not well-off and all are trying to help but we are running out of time.

We are trying to raise up 2.3 million for the kidney transplant but we still don't have enough funds. We are desperate to ask for your kind act of generosity for any amount. Please help us.
