Please help Medical Assistance

A Fundraising for Percival Martinez, My brother had a heart attack because of 5-6 clogged artery seen after his Angiogram a year ago. Fortunately, he had undergone an open heart surgery. By that time, he had high blood sugar. Currently, he's partially blind and unable to walk. The medical package we need to raise is too expensive. My sister-in-law couldn’t afford the expenses and lately she's too stressed and exhausted from all the monetary demands and procedures.
