Please help me to achieve my dream

I am Barış Bayraktar, a prospective astronomy & astrophysics student at Penn State University with Cerebral Palsy. Although I got accepted to the undergraduate program for astronomy & astrophysics major, I am in need of financial support.

As a student in Turkey, US university tuition fees are too expensive for me. For example, 1 Turkish Liras worth is about 1/6 of 1 USD. Therefore, even the flight ticket is beyond my reach which is around 1300 USD from Istanbul to State College.

My family is an average Turkish one. This means my family's income is about 5000 Turkish liras (841.81 USD). This income is consists of my dad's retirement salary, my dad's salary from work (he still working despite he has retired because of the financial troubles in Turkey).

Despite all the obstacles (both financial and physiological), I still really want to study astrophysics at Penn State. Studying astrophysics in the USA is my 10 years old dream. In Turkey, only 4 universities offer astronomy majors, and neither research facilities nor education is not as good as Penn State. Moreover, studying at a university in Turkey is way more difficult (if not impossible) for an individual with CP since the disability services are insufficient if not absent. I want to be one of the brightest astrophysicists in the world despite all of these difficulties and studying at Penn State constitutes a perfect step towards achieving my dream.

All in all, I ask for your help in finding a financial support/scholarship for an extremely enthusiastic and determined student with a disability. This is my last resort. Otherwise, I will have to fight through my way even in accessing the university buildings in Turkey and might end up not being able to study astrophysics. I am aware that scholarships are very limited for non-US citizens, but I have no other choice than financial support to study at Penn State. This might be yet another scholarship given for some but for me, its the difference between staying in Turkey, couldn’t study and be able to study at my dream university in the USA.
