Please help me so that I can march this coming graduation.

I am Haide II O. Agapay, a graduating student of Civil Engineering (Southern Mindanao Colleges). I am the second to the last child in our family. My father in a farmer. My siblings had their own family already without finishing studies. I am the only hope in our whole family. Despite all, my parents managed to send me to college. Due to emptiness, I always make promisory note so that i can took exams until I reached at this point. Because of my unpaid tuitions since first year, my balance has gotten to almost 95,000 php. Me and my parents alone can afford to pay this big due to our status. Thats why I am asking for help. If I cannot pay balance, I am not allowed to march this coming graduation.
