please! Help me, I’m very poor

Dear friends and family,

I'm the eldest son of my family. In 2015, I suffered from heart disease. My family spent a lot of money for my recovery. This makes my family financially very weak.

Then again in March of 018, I was suffering from the previous disease. Even then there was a lot of debt for me.

However, now I'm fairly healthy. But my family is not good. We are spending very poor days.

Even now we have 2,385. United States dollars in debt. We are trying hard to pay so much money.

Now if you used to give me a little help, then it would have been easier for me to repay these loans. And the troubles of my family would have gone away. Please help me out.
