Please help me get a gastric sleeve surgery in order to have a second baby

Hello,

My name is Ana and plese help me having a new baby.

2 years in row I was trying to have a baby, in this 2 years I got pregnant 4 times, but all 4 I lost them in the 3 month.

So One years ago I give birth to a baby girl, in order to have this baby I needed to fallow a tratament with Prednison and because of this medicine I a plus of 40 kg.

Because now I have 105 kg in order to have a new baby, which I desire so verry much, i need to loose this 40 kg, because i need again the tratament with Prednison.

I tried diiferent way to lose waight but this medicine is verry dangerous and it can not loose waight from him.

So again please help me have this survery of gastric sleeve.
