Please help me fund my operation for my AV Fistula.

Hi, my name is Chatur, 36 years old. I was diagnosed of Kidney Disease End Stage and I'm with Dialysis for 6 years.

I am here to ask help for my major operation called Parathyroidectomy (is a surgery to remove the parathyroid glands or parathyroid tumors. The parathyroid glands are right behind the thyroid gland in the neck. These glands help the body control the calcium leve in the blood.)

Due to this instances, I develope this Uremic Lion face Syndrome (Leontiasis ossea is also known as 'Lion face syndrome' due to affected patient's face resembling that of a lion, and it can be caused by Paget's disease, fibrous dysplasia, gigantism, tumors of paranasal sinuses, syphilitic osteoperiostitis, and uremia with hyperparathyroidism.)

Aside from that my body is shrinking and because of my fractured hip,I can't stand alone and walk.

Please help me make this possible for me so that I can have a normal life despite my condition.
