PLEASE HELP ME BEAT CANCER

I was diagnosed of Uterine Leiomyosarcoma last 2017 of December. Leiomyosarcoma is a very rare and aggressive type of cancer of soft tissue. I undergone the 6 cycle of Chemotheraphy in 2018 but unfortunately the cancer had recurred and a tumor found on my left lung which I had to undergone a Video Assisted Thoracic to removed the tumors. I continued my treatment by taking oral chemo drug but since this is an aggressive type of cancer, they found another nodules on my right lung. This time I had to undergone the Lobectomy of the lower lobe due to the size of the tumor. Another 3 cycle of chemotherapy was recommended but it did not work. Same time another tumor found again on my left lung which is not operable due to the size (13cm) and is giving me a hard time to breath and unable to walk and live a normal life. We have tried all the means to support my continuous medical treatment and even exhausted our savings and health insurance. We even asked all the government agencies to help us for my Chemo Drugs and Radiation treatment but financially we are unable to support my treatment anymore. I am please begging and asking who ever has the means and a good heart to please help me beat this cancer to be able to help my siblings. I am humbly begging to please help me live longer.
