Please, help for Thomas

Hi, my name is Thomas and I am a boy of just over 30years who lives in Tuscany, Italy.

I never thought I'd find myself on this platform to ask one of the worst things that can happen in life and to a boy of my age. I kindly ask all those who deem it necessary, financial help to eliminate from my life 2 debts that are ruining my existence.

I never had an easy life, my mom left me when I was about 6 years.

I grew up as a normal guy, playing and joking with friends until at the age of 17 I started working in the radio / tv businessdoing what I really enjoyed.

I have always worked hard to follow my dreams and grow professionally in the music sector, I truly believed in it and I put my all into it to be able to grow and continue my career.

Unfortunately, at the age of 25 my life changed ... I was notified by the Court 2 injunctions for two bank loans never paid. Initially I thought of a mistake, of an exchange of person, then I contacted a lawyer to clarify my position since I had never requested any funding.

After a few days the whole hard truth came out! A family member close to me, playing a lot on the recklessness, goodness and naivety of a boy just 18 years old, made me sign those two damned loan agreements, thus managing to take a nice sum and have it deposited in his account .

For years I have been kept in the dark about the whole situation, no one has ever shown me the non-payment notification envelopes (which were promptly thrown away) and still today I wonder how a family member can be scammed in this way.

All questions that, perhaps, will never be answered ....

To date I find myself "alone" fighting over this horrible story that hasn't made me sleep at night for years and is eating me inside. I live with a high level of stress and anger and I can hardly find a smile. "My" debt amounts to more than € 80,000 (about 95,000 $) + legal fees but my savings cannot cover these huge expenses and I don't know how to do it anymore. It weighs a lot on me to ask for help, I never really thought of doing this collection.

The creditors have rejected all my settlement proposals and have become increasingly bitter.
