Please help finance treatment for 84 years old mother suffering from acute pneumonia

Last May 4, 2019, we decided to take my mother to a public hospital to be admitted because we were already worried since she cannot manage to take food and medicines because of her fever which keeps on going back. When we were at the public hospital, we waited for almost five hours for her lab test results. Fortunately, according to the doctor, all her lab tests were normal except that she has "little" pneumonia so the doctor advised us to just take her home and continue the prescribed antibiotic and medicines. When we were already at home, it was then a problem on how to let her take the food and medicines since she is always asleep because she was still not feeling well beacuse of the fever. Early morning the next day, her fever worsened which led to convulsions. It was then we rushed her to the nearest hospital (Bacolod Queen of Mercy Hospital, Philippines). All I had was One Thousand Philippine Pesos but I had no choice but to take her to the private hospital.

When we were at the emergency room, the nurses put oxygen and gave medication and the doctor told us to put her in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) so that she can be monitored well because of the pneumonia and also because she is already old (84 years old). We decided to let her be admitted even though we lack money and the doctor's request for her laboratories and medicines were expensive. I don't know now were to get the money for payment of these requests because I am already a widow living with my two children and my sister who is deaf mute who also have maintenance medicines.

As of May 14, 2019, the hospital billing already reached (Php 151, 007.61). I already don't know what to do and where to get this amount to be paid. I don't know when will this medication would end because my mother is already suffering acute pneumonia and the infection already affected her blood and her heart is weak. We need money in order to pay for the hospital bills and to keep fighting the infections.
