I have a plan to start an accounting business in Singapore. Unlike the traditional accounting firm, we hope to help the small and medium size (SME) company to enhance their business by using some tools.
The basic plan is to help SME company to set up the company, and provide company secretary, accounting and etc. Which required by Singapore law.
And we want to help the client to set-up their business via online. In order to increase their sales. Eg; Google, Facebook and etc..
We need S$10k to cover our shortfall and make this idea into reality.
Here is a breakdown of what the money would be spent on:
1. Accounting software
2. Corporate Secretary software
3. Fees to rent a service office (to keep the files and meeting with client)
4. Advertising costs
