Please cover my TOEFL iBT® Special Home Edition test fee !

I'm Achraf Faris, 19 years old. I'm a student from morocco. I have studied for 1 year in the computer sciences school here in Morocco, called ISTA by OFPPT, Then I finish my bachelor's degree aboard to have more chances in my professional career. But most of the university requirements are TOEFL Certificate that I can not cover it at this time. Please consider my request and help me achieve my dream.
