Hi, my name is Raffy and I am diagnosed with "SEVERE MITRAL REGURGITATION, MITRAL STENOSIS, CHRONIC ATRIAL FIBRILLATION, RHEUMATIC HEART DISEASE" and is now in need of immediate heart repair surgery. The procedure that shall be done to me is called "MITRAL VALVE REPLACEMENT" which is to replace my damaged heart's "mitral valve" with an artificial-mechanical or bio-prosthetic one. The estimated cost would be around P1 Million to P1.5 Million pesos. As per my cardiologist, "time is now of the essence" for me to undergo this operation at the soonest possible or else (if prolonged), my heart would already be severed and the operation would be rendered useless. We are hoping we could carry out this operation before this year ends.

My family, relatives and I are exerting all of our efforts already to gather the said amount but we cannot do it on our own. I know we are all struggling right now due to this COVID-19 pandemic and every one has their own problems to face everyday, yet still I am knocking at your good heart and humbly asking for your help, any amount will do.
