Pharmacy student, have to pay bills and debt

Cant balance between work and studying, my parents cant give me money and i really need every possible penny to pay for next month rent and bills and to fix my phone

im studying overseas in Romania so loaning money is an issue
and the 350 Euro is for both rent and bills for next month
it seems desperate from my part but one have to try whatever is possible to get his problem fixed and i know this fund will be lost in the internet but it is what is
I would really appreciate any help i can get :)
