Fundraiser for dog shelter, Peter’s Doggies, Câmpulung, Romania

To visit and volunteer at a dog shelter is a very humbling experience. One that brings joy and laughter seeing them play and looking all sweet, especially the oldies; but also sadness and concern about their future while the heart is in awe to the people who saved them and choose to care for them.

Peter’s Doggies consists of 150 dogs and four people. Two who rescue the dogs from dog catchers, from the danger of being hit on highways or from being abandoned on a field to name just a few common situations. And an elderly couple who does the groundwork of feeding them, cleaning, loving and being with them all the time.

150 dogs need approx 3 bags of dry food daily, €7 for each bag makes it €630 monthly (30 days). #bellosan

Volunteer at Peter's Doggies

Peter’s Doggies este o asociație de căței din Albesti, Câmpulung. Înființată pentru a adăposti in jur de 150 de căței ce au fost salvați pe parcursul ultimilor cinci ani din diferite situații tragice.
Există dificultăți de la lună la lună pentru a asigura hrana, cățeii au acces la veterinar când sunt situații critice și in general este nevoie de mai mulți voluntari și suport local. Cum voluntari și suport local nu există această campanie de strângere de fonduri are ca scop strângerea de bani necesară de la luna la luna pentru mâncare.
