Personal Training Rural Ireland

Hi my name is Oisin Brennan,

I am 24years Old

I am an ex British soldier, living back home in Ireland, I will shortly be a qualfied Personal Trainer. Health and Fitness in rural Ireland is suffering because theres no access to Fitness facilities, There are people like myself who suffer from mental health and physical disabilites who cant make it to a gym. I lived in a community in the Army where we helped eachother mentally and physically. But since i came home iv noticed the state of normal peoples lives and i want to help through my knowledge of fitness and health. By getting a small van and all equipment needed to bring health and fitness to these peoples doors or area of choice. I have written to the Minister of Health and other TD's for advice on helping people in rural areas access the diets,fitness and health goals at a community level. But so far had no response, I understand the hardship people face and not going to gyms because of stigma surrounding them. My main aim is get fitness and health to peoples doors who dont have access to the gym. Help me help my community. I am a dedicated individual with high values and drive, I want to help my community and many others if i can succesfully get on the road. Your funding could change lives. People need this service and there is a high demand, i carried out a survey in my local area of people and all came back positive. #HelpMeHelpOthers

I see how the world works and i want to make a change for those who cant help change themselves. Mentally or Physically, through Personal training and diet programmes. I was an infantryman in the British army, one of the hardest jobs the world has to offer. Since i left the army i have been looking for a way to help people. Its only recently i found my goal and ambition, to help people change themselves and there lives. Im not afraid of any obstacle i may come across, and either should anyone else, i want to give people that confidence to keep going.
