Personal computer for education

Hello , i know there are alot of other important stuff needing attention but i really dont know what to do. I am an SHS student in a poor south-east asian country, I am a student with an TVL-ICT track and Department of education pretty much just decided to make our classes to continue and use online learning as an alternative. And the thing is i dont really have a computer capable of doing online tasks and learning. One of my outputs needed in class is to Animate stuff and do programming. All i have right now is a laptop thats's very old and can barely run blender and 2 tabs of google chrome. I dont really know what to do and any type of help WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED :)
