We plan to build an online web portal that allows companies to assess and track training results against a points cumulation system, i.e. if an employee of a company has finished class room style training, in 3 months intervals he/she will need to participate in an online re-assessment of the skills learned. For every successful online re-assessment, each employee will be rewarded a certain number of training points based on their results, which can be used by the company to reward the employee in terms of a multiplier to his/her financial incentive. In addition, large corporations can use the "sum" of points collected by their individual business units or country organizations to allocate additional training funds to the business units or country organizations with the highest / best cumulative training results. Tracking of results after classroom style training as well as identification of further existing skills gaps will be an additional advantage. The online web portal will be fully secured and allows sophisticated analyses of the training skills accumulated, further training skills needed and the printing of reports for the individual and cumulated up to the highest level of the organization.
