Pediatric Dental Clinic Indonesia

Thank you for taking time to read about my project. My name is Alexandra and i am a Pediatric Dentist. With years of experience treating kids with dental phobia and kids with special needs, by chance, i found my second home in Indonesia. I am based in Indonesia since 2014, and with sadness i realized that it's a real lack of education regarding oral health, not to mention that there is no clinic suited for children. As we all know by now, a dental office has to be kid-friendly, has to be a place of happiness, where the entire staff has to be trained accordingly, so any child that passes an office will remain only with good memories. Why i am writing to all of you? I need help in building this kind of place for kids. I am passionate about my job, but most of all, i love kids. Living in Indonesia, i saw too many times children with rotten mouths, and parents not able to pay for them for the right treatment. The implications on long term, can affect not only their self-esteem, but their health overall, which is the saddest thing, as the kids are our future. I did volunteer to orphanages around, but i want to do more than that. I want to make sure they are all healthy, and i want to see their smiles...healthy. In order to accomplish this, i need your help. Any amount of money is well received and we will be forever grateful that you put a smile on a little face. I will use the money to rent a place and buy high tech equipment to deliver only the best. I will make sure that everyone working in this project will be well-trained and focused on one thing only: children. In return for your helping hand, we will hang photos of you in our office so kids will see that they are loved and cared. So, just skip one movie ticket and make some kids happy! Together we can do this!
