PC To Study Digital Art and Animation!

Recently I got graduated from Visual Art at a school on my city, spending 4 and half years studyng and learning how to draw and do arts.
My dreams is to do Digital Arts and so end being an Animator! Doing sequences and finally be able to give life to my creations with movement!
Sadly I had an old PC wich doesn't allow e to use most of desing prograss nor allowed to use a digital tablet I had to draw, but now even that old PC had died from age and I need a new one, that's why I ask you people to help me achieve my dream of being an artist! And not jsut a traditional one, but a digital one! To learn to use programs, to plasm ideas, and finally be part of the artist out there on the internet.
The first step it's to get a good PC! One that allows me to use those programs without lagging, who let me freely use the digital tablet and one wich allows me to see videos correctly in order to keep learning.
If I reach my dreams I will always be thankfull to you people! And you will hlep achive this young man his dreams!
