P&B’s Charity Registry

Hello everyone!

As you know, in lieu of wedding gifts from our friends, we've decided to put up a fund in honor of two charities instead. We honestly don't need any more gifts, but helping us help out kids in need would really mean the world to us. Here's a bit about the foundations we've chosen:

A BETTER CHANCE FOUNDATION, INC.
ABC Foundation is a non-profit organization that aims to "...provide financial assistance to economically challenged but properly motivated children to enable them to pursue quality preschool, elementary, secondary as well as college education." We all know how expensive tuition fees can be, especially for college. A lot of the college students in the ABC Foundation need help to pay off school debts, project fees, and other fees apart from just tuition. It's a great foundation, and we have already supported them before. They have sent us photos of the kids we sponsored, more information about them, and told us exactly how we got to help (example: you sponsored this child's text books, or you sponsored this child's thesis fees). Your money will definitely go a long way.

GENTLE HANDS ORPHANAGES
Gentle Hands is a child and youth welfare agency meant to be on the front lines of rescue (in coordination with Local Government Units) and rehabilitation of the medical, social, psychological, and educational needs of at-risk children and youth, advocating for the rights of children and working towards improving human community life through the love of Jesus and family centered care. We have visited and donated to this home before, and we love their focus on not only rehabilitating the children, but also giving them excellent education opportunities and a sense of family. Your donation will go to their day-to-day needs such as food, electricity / water bills, and other funds needed to maintain their home. Your donation will also go to medical expenses of newly-adopted orphans (especially premature babies).
