Pay off debt

I am working in a company which buys/sells air tickets to China. My office is located in Bishkek (Kyrgyztsan). Once a month there is a transfer to my bank account, which is around $40,000 - $50,000. This account is a kind of shared account, and it is shared with the other worker. Last time he withdrawn all the money and left to other country. So police blames me, and if I don't pay it in a week, me and my father will be sent to prison. We have nothing to sell, we do not have our own flat or house, we sold our car which is $3500.
