Papa Boy’s Brain Surgery

I'm posting this in behalf of my dear Uncle Vergillo "Boy" Dela Vega who had an accident yesterday. He fell head first into the concrete from the rooftop of my Aunt's 2 story house while fixing a hole in their roof. He was fixing the roof mid day and according to a few neighbors who witnessed the accident, he fainted due to heat exhaustion which causes his fall.

According to my Aunt, they heard a loud thug and a commotion outside and when they checked it, they saw my Uncle lying unconscious on the ground with bloods dripping out of his nose and ears. They rushed him to the nearest hospital and according to the doctors, he suffered internal bleeding on half of his brain and had a huge fracture on his front skull and needed an immediate operation to save his life.

The operation cost is more than 350,000 pesos and despite the operation, he's still in a critical situation and is currently in the ICU right now. Papa Boy is his family's sole breadwinner and before the Covid19 lockout, he was working as a delivery driver for Transfortify even though 1 of his leg is now disabled due to a motorcycle accident. To add to their current burden, his wife is currently battling cancer and her daughter is currently on 2nd-year college and is a nursing student.
