About us

We are a team of youngsters with different jobs , that activates in the private educational system from Romania. We help children and teenagers to get an easy access to education and we help them to build a better future.

What is PHASE Project?

PHASE Project (Promote Help Assist Support Education) is an ambitious project through which we want to give the chance to some students and pupils form disadvantaged families to attend a school in in the school year 2016-2017, to easily get access to information and to get a proper education.

Helping a child and offering him a chance to fulfil his dreams is, maybe the best long- term investment in our future. But now, with your help,we want to do more. We also met a lot of smart kids without financial support from their families and we want to help them to fulfil their dreams.Do you know how many children want to practice a sport or to learn a foreign language, but they don't have money to pay for the courses , equipments etc? Sometimes is so simple, with only 30-50 euro you can pay for a full month course or training. Most of us spend this money at the cinema, in a club or a restaurant with friends.It's up to us to make this little change in their lives!We can all make a change!

What benefits do youngsters and pupils get from PHASE Project?

-School registering at the nearest school ,high school or after school

-According to their options and performances, they will be register at different courses like: football, painting, chess, tennis, basketball, dance classes, foreign languges.

-They will also benefit from school counseling

-They will get a free hot meal

-Acces to the latest tehnologies

-They will receive all the school materials they need(books, CDs, notebooks, schoolbags, pencils etc.)

-We will organise trips and excursions

-We will also offer them : clothes,drugs , medical support etc.

Why children need PHASE Project?

In the last years, the educational sistem in Romania was reformed for to many times, but each time it was wrong. Now, generations of youngsters became failed experiments of this broken system.The school dropout rate increased in the last 20 years , and is now at 18% because of the social problems, to a low standard of living, but also due to the indifference of the politicians.

For many children who still do not have access to education, it is notably because of persisting inequality and marginalization. These children find themselves on the margins of the education system and do not benefit from learning that is vital to their intellectual and social development.Factors linked to poverty such as unemployment, illness and the illiteracy of parents, multiply the risk of non-schooling and the drop-out.

The weaker and weaker resoults from the last years from different tests and national evaluations prove that pupils no longer have enough motivation to obtain good resoults.They are rather happy with middling resoults and that take to compromises( unqualified and poorly paid jobs).

Where does the lack of education takes ?

-The inability of integration in society

-A lower standard of living

-Without education people are easy to manipulate and to control

-Without education and a work qualification , many youngsters end up with a deviant behavior or start committing different offences (thefts, assaults , robbery , begging , prostitution , drug trading)
