Our Dream Trip After Hard Times

Hey there my name is Jess Harrison and partner of 6 years is Shaun Gillespie. This past year has been so difficult and challenging for us that many people are surprised we survived. Let me start from the beginning of last year 2018. My partner and I were living with family when we unexpectedly had to move out. We then moved into our mates place and lived there for two weeks until we managed to rent a caravan and stayed at at holiday park. Bear in mind that where we are we, we have a big housing crisis. So that's was fine we lived in the caravan park for 9 months but 3 or 4 months down the track I found out I was pregnant with my first born. I had the worse pregnancy with really bad morning sickness and loss of appetite, all together I lost 15kg in my pregnancy. The whole time we couldn't find any house, winz wouldn't even look at us because we earned $20 more than their maximum. Around September October 2018 our contract to our caravan came to a end and us having no luck finding a place to live. What made it really difficult was we had a Siberian Husky that we tried so hard not to give up. We managed to find another holiday park but had to live in a tent, which was only supposed to accommodate for 2 weeks but we ended up staying in it for a month and a halve. I was around 7 months pregnant in a tent with my partner and Husky. Because I was so stressed in finding a place in time I knew I had to give my dog away. I was just so scared I was gonna have a baby in a tent. But I managed to find a little flat that said no aminals and gave my dog to a family friend. I gave birth to a beautiful little girl Alyssa on the 22nd of Jan 5 days prem weighing 6lb3oz. They found out my placenta was dying due to stress apparently. Anyway my partner and I have not been able to do anything together just us and we just got Metallica tickets in auckland for October this year. We want to make it the best trip ever but financially we need help. Please make my partner and I the happiest couple ever.
