Oral surgery for my children

My 4 year old has a tongue tie that is affecting her speech and gives her an underbite along with many problems. She also has a lip tie but i am not sure if it is affecting anything yet tho she is unable to do a kissy face

My 2 month old has a tongue tie and lip tie affecting breastfeeding which causes excessive gas hence in pain most of the time.

There's no specialist in this matter here in malaysia for this and the closest one is in singapore. I dont have enough to get my kids there + treatment + accommodation especially with the conversion rate of 1:3

I need to raise funds as there's noone supporting me about this issue claiming i am suffering from baby blues hence i make up these conditions.

But trust me i am perfectly fine. I just dont want my kids to suffer. Please help us if you can. I am very distraught with the accusations i am getting and watching my children suffer from this.
