This campaign aims to raise funds to help my cousin Gerwin Montenegro get the best chance for a better and longer life.
His father is just an ordinary employee while her mother is a plain homemaker who also takes medication as she suffered from a heat stroke several years ago.
He is just 28 years young so let us help him extend his life by helping him meet his new kidney.
