Operation Nijmegen

Ruck Headquarters is seeking to raise funding for Disabled Military Veterans Charities.

Operation Nijmegen is an annual Non-Profit Ruck Marching Event whereby Ruck HQ Staff and affiliates participate in the VierDaagse (4 Days) Event - a 100+ mile long ruck march in 4 days that is held every July in the city of Nijmegen, the Netherlands - for the purpose of raising funding for Disabled Military Veterans Charities, and to promote awareness of Veterans Disabilities, PTSD Awareness, and Veterans Organizations and Programs via social media platforms.

Next years event dates are: 21 - 24 July 2015

Ruck HQ and affiliated personnel complete the march every year as a Veterans Charity Event in order to raise charitable donations for Veterans Charitable (A) and (A+) Organizations like The Veterans of Foreign Wars National Home, the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, Fisher House Organization, Gasconade Veteran's Memorial Campground, Soldier On Australia, Soldier On Canada, Enlist Me, and Vixens 4 Veterans.

Operation Nijmegen is organized to accept donations specifically to aid these organizations in helping Veterans and their families.

With Operation Nijmegen, the MORE we raise, the MORE Veterans we can help!

MOST CHARITIES take over 30% for personal use, HOWEVER, with Operation Nijmegen, 90% of ALL funds go DIRECTLY to the above listed Veterans Charities and Organizations to support Veterans and their families!

Only 10% is actually used to fund Operation Nijmegen so it may continue to operate and continuously raise more funds for Veterans.

Additionally, Operation Nijmegen is also used by Ruck HQ as a Veteran’s Programs and Charity Awareness campaign. The event is publicized before, during and after via social media by Ruck HQ’s social media pages at:
