Online platform “Busy”

As a result of military actions in Ukraine, 5 million people were left without work. The war will not end in the coming weeks, and volunteer aid to the displaced will sooner or later run out. Therefore, finding work for immigrants is one of the most important economic problems today.

We will tell you the story. Imagine a young pregnant woman, Vera, with a 5-year-old child. Before the war and the maternity leave, she worked as a teacher in a kindergarten, where she also took her child. It was very convenient. Then her husband left her pregnant. At first he helped, and then he completely disappeared. The war began. Her parents' apartment, in which she lived with her children, was destroyed by an enemy rocket. It was decided to leave with the children to a safe place. She receives 860 (21USD)hryvnias from the state, of which: 5000 hryvnias (124USD)rent an apartment with almost no repairs and furniture; UAH 1000 (25USD)utility services; almost UAH 4000 (100USD) - food for yourself and the child, and that's not all. Volunteers and caring people used to help, now there is less help. Vera wants to be a consultant in an online store. You can work from home and from your phone, because there is no laptop or tablet. But they don't take it without relevant knowledge. And studying in online schools starts from UAH 5000(124USD) per month, you need at least three.

What should Vera do to provide for herself and her children? The answer is simple. Register on the "Busy" online platform and take the Online Store Manager course for free, and at the same time join the trainings within the project, where specialists will tell you how to cope with emotions, stress, set goals, be able to organize yourself and present to employers.

We created the "Employed" project, which provides for the creation of an online platform where courses in in-demand professions will be available free of charge. This project will help those who are unable to pay for education, but have a desire to develop and work.

We plan to train and retrain approximately 2000 people in one year. Thus, by creating a community of people who need help realizing their skills, we will solve people's financial, psychological and adjustment problems.
