Hi! It's me again, Laarni. You may have encountered one of my posts regarding my stepdad's medical condition, thankfully he's doing well now and I would like to thank everyone who helped. I have mentioned in that post that I was selling online for my tuition fee and in this post, I would like to talk more about that.

I am a graduating student of BS in Mechanical Engineering from USC-TC. Supposedly, our graduation was this Oct. 17 but the school of engineering decided to postpone it to January. I was kind of relieved after knowing that news because I knew that I still had a remaining balance that was left unpaid because of my stepdad's past condition.

I have a small business, HakkenStore. Here's my facebook page: www.facebook.com/hakkenstore

Basically, HakkenStore promotes sustainable fashion by reworking old clothes and turning it into a new style that is trendy in today's time. Here are some of the items:

I am only working by myself and it's funny how I mention "we" on my fb posts because in reality, I was the only one managing and doing all the stuff. (Mentioning "we" in posts makes the business seem so legit huhuahah) So, it really took a lot of time and effort. I can't keep up with the demand because I was the only one who's doing everything.

In line with this, I would like to scale up my small business by paying my neighbors who are also dressmakers to create the tops in which I will be the one who will handpick and decide for the style of the tops. I was also thinking of helping my neighborhood who have lost their jobs specifically the dressmakers and I think that this would be a very good starting point for them.

Not only I could help my neighbors, and save to pay for my fees, reworking tops is the best solution in the fashion industry wherein 64% of the total clothes produced yearly ends in dump sites. By doing this, the life cycle of the clothes are lengthen and also, you'll stand out from the crowd because no one will ever have the same outfit as you do. Join me as we go under the #fashionrevolution.

Here is a breakdown of the costs:

1 bale of preloved dresses- 6000

1 bale of preloved tops- 4500

Salary for the dressmakers - 450 per day, 3 dressmakers= 1350*7= 9450

Facebook Ads= 150/day (7days)= 1050
